Online and in-person psychotherapy in NYC

As a trauma-informed psychotherapist, I create a healing space to explore how relationships, history, and society shape your experience. I use interpersonal and psychodynamic methods, focusing on early experiences and our therapeutic relationship. My approach is collaborative and eclectic, tailored to each client.

Many enter therapy feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Through empathy and curiosity, we uncover and transform these patterns. My goal is to help you find freedom, self-compassion, ease, and vibrancy.

Therapy can be deeply connecting but also challenging, involving grief and growth. I aim to be a warm, attuned, and playful partner, listening closely to your emotions, strengths, and stories. I integrate frameworks like Health at Every Size, disability justice, racial justice, liberation health, feminist theory, and trans-affirming care. I work with individuals (adults, children, teens), couples, polycules, families, friends, and groups.
