Sarah Cicero is a licensed psychotherapist who offers a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative approach to healing and growth. Her work is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, with a relational, person-centered lens that honors each individual’s unique experience. A dedicated yoga and meditation teacher, Sarah often incorporates trauma-informed somatic and mindfulness-based practices to support insight, emotional integration, and nervous system regulation.
Sarah’s work is especially supportive for individuals navigating grief and loss, life transitions, spiritual inquiry, identity exploration, anxiety, low self-worth, burnout, and intimacy concerns. She welcomes clients from all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences.
Sarah is committed to working in ways that are inclusive and empowering — where clients can deepen self-awareness, gain perspective, and move toward a more aligned, embodied, and meaningful way of being.
